EMF actively encourages attendees to host their own activities in their Villages.

In order to facilitate this we offer those organising villages the chance to hire a small marquee/tent, that will be set up for them by our suppliers, ready for when they arrive. These are offered at cost price and are delivered with our own hire order.

Currently we have five tent sizes available: 6m x 9m : £402.50 6m x 6m : £315.00 3m x 9m : £315.00 3m x 6m : £227.50 3m x 3m : £140

You can also hire chairs and tables: Chairs : £1.10 Table: £4.70
